Cool new t-shirt from Carol’s Ferals

Be Kind to Animals . . .

. . . Or I’ll Kill You

NOOTERS CLUBŪ just returned from pet expos in Minneapolis, Chicago and Grand Rapids, Michigan. We usually don’t buy a lot of t-shirts during our travels, but we had to get a couple of these. The slogan: Be Kind to Animals . . . Or I’ll Kill You. We don’t want you to think we have a violent streak, but we just couldn’t pass this one up! It was created by the folks at Carol’s Ferals in Grand Rapids which assists community cat caregivers with trap-neuter-return programs and support services. Trapped cats are accepted three nights weekly and are spayed/neutered, treated for fleas, parasites and eat tipped for easy identification. Find out more at www.carolsferals.org.

Spay/Neuter trivia

Watch for spay/neuter trivia in each issue of the NOOZletter! This month's question is:

A protective dog will still be protective of your home and family once spayed or neutered. - True or false?

Be the first to answer correctly and win a free NOOTERS CLUBŪ vehicle magnet! NOOTERS CLUB paw print vehicle magnetSend your answer to info@nootersclub.org. Include your name and address so we can send you your prize! Check back here next month for the answer and winning entry.

Last month's question: Spaying or neutering a rabbit is unsafe and should never be done. - True or false?

Congratulations to Eileen who correctly answered false – Rabbits multiply like, well, like rabbits! It is just as important to spay or neuter your rabbit as your dog or cat!
