NO Cost Spay and Neuter Program by The City of Calgary Animal / Bylaw Services
You will be eligible for this program if you are on AISH, Income Support or if your household income is not greater than 85 per cent of the Statistics Canada Low Income Cut-Offs. (LI-COS)

MEOW Foundation

LOW cost subsidized program offered by MEOW Foundation for cats and kittens of low-income families. Spay and neuter rates start at $75 and $50 respectively based on your income.


Ontario SPCA & Humane Society mobile clinic
The public, shelters and rescue groups are welcome, regardless of geography or income level. To make an appointment call 905-898-6112 (Newmarket), 705-734-9882 (Barrie) or 905-688-7722 (St. Catharines).

The City of Toronto
The city's first free spay/neuter clinic has opened, in hopes of cutting down on the number of stray cats in Toronto.

Regina Humane Society mobile clinic
Focused on the inner-city Heritage and North Central neighbourhoods, where up to 85 percent of Regina's at-large unsterilized animals live.
