HOOTERS® for NOOTERS®
NOOTERS CLUB® teamed up with HOOTERS® at Sunset Station in Henderson, NV and Heaven Can Wait Sanctuary, to remind pet owners to get their pets spayed or neutered and draw attention to the plight of homeless pets at the Happy Paws Pet Expo in Las Vegas.
